Special Teas

Assam Tea
A full-bodied black tea from the Indian region of the same name. Known for its rich, malty, and slightly spicy flavor. Perfect alone or with milk and honey—a breakfast classic.

Ceylon Tea
Grown on the hills of Sri Lanka, this tea has a deep amber color and a smooth, full-bodied taste. We serve a rare Twinings selection, hard to find outside the UK.

Earl Grey
Black tea scented with bergamot oil. Elegant and citrusy, this is a British icon—ideal for afternoon sipping, especially with lemon pastries.

English Breakfast
A robust blend of Assam, Ceylon, and Kenyan teas. Originally designed for hearty Edwardian breakfasts. We serve the classic version.

A semi-fermented tea, rich and nuanced, between green and black tea. Floral and gently toasty in flavor—perfect for moments of reflection.

Lapsang Souchong
From Fujian, China. The leaves are smoked over pine wood fires, creating an intense, resinous aroma. For lovers of bold flavors.

Bancha
A light, low-caffeine Japanese green tea. Its vegetal and gently toasted notes offer a refreshing and relaxing cup.

Darjeeling FTGFOP
The most refined of Indian black teas. Rich in golden tips, with aromas of muscatel, honey, and flowers. Best enjoyed plain.

Black Congou
A smooth Chinese black tea with hand-rolled leaves. Round flavor with soft, malty sweetness. Great with simple desserts.

Pu-Erh
Aged and fermented tea from Yunnan. Deep, earthy, and persistent in flavor—excellent after meals for its digestive qualities.

Kukicha
A unique Japanese green tea made from twigs and stems of the tea plant. Naturally low in caffeine, it has a delicate taste with hints of hazelnut and vegetal notes. Ideal for a light yet flavorful cup at any time of day.
